What We Charge

Most agencies won't tell you what they cost until you've sat through two calls. Here are our actual numbers. Retainers run $1,500 to $6,500 per month depending on how many channels, locations, and campaigns we're running — never on how much you spend. Most clients land at $3,750/month. Engagements start with a $2,500 Growth Roadmap, credited back against your first 90 days if you stay on.

We charge no percentage of your ad spend — not at any level.

We publish this for a practical reason. If the numbers don't work for you, we'd both rather know now than after two meetings.

Who are these prices built for?

We work with service businesses and law firms doing roughly $500,000 to $10 million in annual revenue, in and around Nashville — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, restoration, personal injury and family law, med spas, dental practices, and B2B companies.

If you're under $500K, you're better off doing this yourself for now. We wrote a free playbook to help you do exactly that, and we'd rather you use it than pay us prematurely. If you're above $25M running multiple markets, you likely need a larger team than ours.

How much does a marketing retainer cost?

Our retainers are $1,500, $3,750, or $6,500 per month. What separates them is scope — how many channels, locations, and campaign groups we're running.

Above $10M or running multiple markets, we scope individually. Talk to us.

Annual prepay saves 10%.

Why don't you take a percentage of ad spend?

Most agencies charge 10–20% of whatever you spend on ads. We charge nothing. Our fee is identical whether your media budget is $2,000 a month or $40,000.

Percentage-of-spend pays an agency more when you spend more — not when your spend works better. If we can get you the same number of jobs on half the ad budget, a commission-based agency just took a pay cut for doing better work. That's a conflict we'd rather not have sitting inside every recommendation we make.

Your media spend goes directly from you to Google, Meta, or Microsoft, on accounts you own. We never touch it, mark it up, or invoice it. If we part ways, you keep the accounts, the history, and the data.

So how does our price change as you grow? By scope, not by budget:

Add-on Price
Additional paid channel +$650/mo
Additional location or market +$450/mo
Additional service line or campaign group +$300/mo
Additional content beyond your tier +$300/piece
Video production from $1,500/video

We re-scope once a year at renewal. If your account got simpler, your price goes down.

What does it cost to get started?

Offer Price Timeline What it is
Growth Roadmap $2,500 2–3 weeks Discovery workshop, market and competitor research, channel plan, budget model, and a 12-month roadmap. Fully credited toward your first 90 days if you retain us.
AI Visibility Audit $1,500 1–2 weeks Where you show up — or don't — in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini, and what to fix.
CRM & Automation Build $3,500 3–4 weeks Pipeline setup, lead routing, speed-to-lead automation, and reporting in GoHighLevel or HubSpot.

The Roadmap isn't a profit centre for us. It's priced so that saying yes is easy, and so we both find out whether this is a fit before anyone signs a six-month agreement.

What if I only want one thing?

Some businesses want a single channel handled rather than a program. We price those individually.

Service Monthly Setup / project
Marketing & Content Strategy $1,200 Roadmap $2,500
SEM — Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Bing $950 per channel, flat $750
Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram $950 flat $750
YouTube Ads & Video Marketing $1,200 Video from $1,500 each
AI SEO — AEO & GEO $1,500 Audit $3,500
Local SEO $950 $500
Website SEO $1,650 Audit $1,500
AI Development & Automation $650 $4,000–$15,000
CRM & Marketing Automation $850 $3,500
Content Marketing $1,250 (4 pieces/mo) —

Running three or more services? The Growth tier costs less than buying them separately. That's deliberate.

What does the ad spend itself need to be?

These aren't our fees. They're the point below which a channel can't really work, and we don't earn a cent of them.

Channel Minimum monthly spend Why
Google Local Service Ads $1,000 Pay-per-lead; needs volume to stabilise
Google Ads — local services $1,500 Below this you can't hold position on core terms
Google Ads — legal $3,000 Clicks in personal injury run far higher than other verticals
Meta Ads $1,000 Needs spend to exit the learning phase
YouTube Ads $1,000 Cheap CPMs, but frequency is what makes it work

What does a full year actually cost?

Most clients spend $25,000 to $120,000 per year all in — our fees plus media.

Client profile Our fees / yr Media / yr Total / yr
$750K HVAC company, one channel $21,000 $12,000 $33,000
$2M law firm, two channels $45,000 $42,000 $87,000
$6M multi-location contractor $78,000 $120,000 $198,000

When will I see results?

Paid channels produce leads in the first 30 days. SEO and content take longer — expect early movement at months 2 to 5, and meaningful compounding around months 8 to 9.

That's why the minimum term is six months. Shorter than that and we'd be taking your money before the work has a chance to pay off.

We measure marketing-sourced leads and revenue. Not rankings, not impressions, not engagement.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Nashville?

Most Nashville agencies charge $1,500 to $8,000 per month for small and midsize service businesses, plus media spend. Our retainers run $1,500 to $6,500. Agencies charging under $1,000 a month are typically managing 30 or more accounts at once, which means very little attention lands on yours.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No — zero commission on media at any spend level. Most agencies charge 10–20%, which means they earn more when you spend more rather than when your spend performs better. Our fee is flat and scope-based, so we have no reason to recommend a bigger budget than the one that works.

Do you mark up ad spend?

No. Media goes directly from you to Google, Meta, or Microsoft on accounts you own. If we part ways, you keep the accounts and the history.

Then why would you ever recommend I spend more?

Only when the numbers say so — when a campaign is profitable and capped by budget rather than by demand. You can check our reasoning against your own cost-per-lead and close rate, and we'd rather you did.

Do you require a contract?

Six months minimum on retainers, then month-to-month. We don't do auto-renewing annual lock-ins.

What's included in the setup fee?

Account structure, tracking and conversion setup, call tracking installation, and the first campaign build. It's one time.

Can I change tiers?

Yes, at any month boundary. Most clients start at Foundation or Growth and move up as their scope grows.

What if I want to run ads myself?

Then do. We publish a free paid media guide with real cost data by channel and vertical, and we'd rather you use it than pay us for something you can handle in-house.

Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?

Because hiding them wastes your time and ours. Roughly half the people who read this page will decide we're not a fit — that's the page doing its job.
