Client Results
Every case study here shows the actual numbers, including the timeframe and what we'd do differently. No percentage increases without a baseline, no "300% growth" that turns out to be three leads becoming nine.
If you want to know what we're like to work with rather than what happened to the numbers, that's the testimonials page.
Case studies
| Client | Industry | What happened | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Law firm | Legal | DUI acquisition cost cut, conversions up 324% | $670 → $227 CPA |
| Legal services | Legal | YouTube proven on one service line, then scaled | $42,000 profit / 6 months |
| Plumbing | Home services | YouTube, website rebuild and new landing pages together | 3.83% → 27.34% CR |
| Plumbing | Home services | About a quarter of the budget was buying nothing | 16% → 24% CR |
| HVAC | Home services | Account audit and optimisation | 2.5% → 6.8% CR · $65/lead |
| Plumbing | Home services | LSA and Google Ads launched from zero | $101/lead blended · 39/mo |
| Water treatment | Home services | From no advertising to one focused campaign | $416/system sold |
| Home services | Home services | Two service lines matched to two channels | $185/booked job |
| Custom builder | Home services | Nationwide targeting narrowed to real service area | $8.79/lead |
| Countertops | Home services | Site rebuild plus listing cleanup | Page 3 → page 1 |
| Med spa | Healthcare | Advanced verification and compliant pages | Cleared to advertise GLP-1s |
| Legal services network | B2B | Attorney recruitment on LinkedIn and Google | $154 and $170/lead |
| Community organisation | Nonprofit | Meta on a $250 budget, with verification | $5.43/verified lead |
Read the lead costs against each other carefully — or rather, don't. $8.79 for a custom build enquiry and $125 for a water treatment lead are not comparable numbers. Close rate and average ticket decide whether a lead cost is good, and a cheap lead in the wrong business loses money.
Two of these clients aren't in Tennessee. The HVAC company is in Beckley, West Virginia and the water treatment company is in Charlotte, North Carolina. We work with both and we're not going to file them under local market knowledge.
One number on this page is deliberately counterintuitive. On the plumbing launch, Local Service Ads produced leads at $117 and Google Ads at $85 — the channel most people assume is the cheap one was the expensive one in that account. It's on the page because it's what happened, not because it helps.
How we report results
We measure marketing-sourced leads and the revenue they produce. Not rankings, not impressions, not engagement — those can all improve while the phone stays quiet.
Every case study on this page includes:
| Why | |
|---|---|
| The starting position, with numbers | A result without a baseline is a claim, not evidence |
| What we actually did | Named channels, named tools, in sequence |
| The result, with a timeframe | "Doubled leads" means nothing without knowing whether it took two months or two years |
| What we'd do differently | Every engagement has one. Case studies without this are brochures |
Why aren't there more?
Because we won't publish a client's numbers without permission, and getting that properly takes time.
And because we won't invent them. Several engagements aren't listed here — not because they went badly, but because we don't have figures we can defend. A case study without a verifiable number is a story, and this page would be longer and worth less if we filled it with those.
If you'd like to speak to a current client in your industry, ask on the call — we'll arrange it where the client is willing.
What results should you expect?
Honestly, it depends on your market, budget, capacity and how fast you respond to leads. Anyone quoting you a number before seeing your data is guessing.
What we can tell you about the shape of it:
- Paid channels produce leads within 30 days of launch, and the first month always costs more per lead than where it settles
- Local SEO moves at months 4 to 6 and compounds through 6 to 12
- Content and website SEO move at months 4 to 8
- Response-time fixes produce results immediately, which is why we usually start there
That's why our minimum term is six months. Shorter and we'd be taking your money before the work has had a chance to pay off.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't you show more case studies?
Because we won't publish client numbers without permission, and doing that properly takes time. Six detailed, verifiable engagements are more useful than twenty vague ones.
Can I speak to one of your clients?
Usually, where the client is willing. Ask on the call and we'll try to connect you with someone in your industry.
Are these results typical?
No result is typical — outcomes depend on market, budget, capacity and lead response speed. Each case study states the starting position and timeframe so you can judge how comparable it is to your situation.
Why do some case studies not name the client?
Some clients prefer not to have their marketing performance public, particularly in competitive markets. We respect that, and an anonymised case study with real numbers is more useful than a named one without them.
What do you actually measure?
Marketing-sourced leads, cost per acquired customer, and revenue. Rankings and traffic are diagnostic figures we use to understand what's happening, not the goal.
How quickly will I see results?
Paid channels within 30 days. SEO and content at months 4 to 8. Fixing lead response time, immediately — and that's often the biggest single improvement available.
Want to see what this would look like for you?
Bring your job values, close rate and current lead sources. We'll model what's realistic in your market rather than quoting someone else's result.
