Areas We Serve
We're based on Nolensville Pike in south Nashville and work with service businesses and law firms across Middle Tennessee. Most clients are within about forty-five minutes of the office, which is deliberate — being able to show up matters more in this work than most agencies admit.
Retainers start at $1,500 a month and are published rather than quoted.

Growth figures are county-level, from the Tennessee State Data Center's 2025 estimates.
We also work with clients outside Middle Tennessee. Marketing doesn't require proximity, and several accounts are handled entirely remotely. Local presence is an advantage where it's an advantage — showing up at a job site, understanding which categories are contested here — and irrelevant everywhere else.
Why service area is a real strategic decision
This is the part most businesses get wrong, and it costs them.
Proximity to the searcher is a ranking factor in the map pack. Google shows results based partly on where the person searching is standing. A business in Donelson and one in Bellevue are competing in different races, even though both are "in Nashville."
That has three consequences:
- Your physical address constrains your local rankings more than your service area radius does. Setting a 50-mile service area in Google Business Profile does not make you rank 50 miles away
- Expanding coverage usually means expanding physically — a second location, with its own address, phone, and genuine presence — not adjusting a setting
- Competing everywhere means competing nowhere. A business that ranks third in one suburb outperforms one that ranks fourteenth across six
The local SEO guide covers how this works in practice, and local SEO is the service that handles it.
Who we work with
The same four categories across every market:
| Home services | HVAC · Plumbing · Roofing · Restoration · Remodeling |
| Law firms | Personal injury · Family law · Criminal defense · Estate planning |
| Healthcare | Dental · Med spa · Private practice |
| B2B & SaaS | Companies selling to other businesses |
Typical client is doing $500K to $10M in revenue. Smaller than that and the DIY playbook will serve you better than a retainer will.
What being local actually gets you
Not much, on its own. Plenty of good marketing is done remotely and plenty of bad marketing is done down the street.
What it does get you:
- Category knowledge. Which Nashville verticals are genuinely contested and which have room. Personal injury here is fought by firms running television budgets; that's not something you learn from a keyword tool
- Someone who can show up. For photography, video, a job site, or a meeting that actually needs to happen in person
- Same time zone, same week. Not a scheduling exercise
What it doesn't get you is better work by default. Judge that on results and on the published pricing, not on the address.
Frequently asked questions
What areas does Nashville Digital serve?
Middle Tennessee primarily — Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner and Wilson counties. We also work with clients outside the region remotely.
Do you only work with Nashville businesses?
No. Most clients are local because that's where the referrals come from, but marketing doesn't require proximity and several accounts are handled entirely remotely.
Does my business address affect my local rankings?
Yes, significantly. Proximity to the searcher is a map pack ranking factor, so your physical location constrains where you can realistically rank — more than your service area radius setting does.
Can I rank in a city I don't have an address in?
In organic results, yes, with content and links. In the map pack, it's very difficult without a genuine physical presence there. Setting a wide service area radius does not achieve it.
Should I open a second location to rank in another city?
Only if the location is real — staffed, addressed, and operating. Virtual offices and mailbox addresses violate Google's guidelines and get suspended, usually after a competitor reports them.
Do you charge more for businesses outside Nashville?
No. Pricing is the same regardless of location and is published. Multi-location businesses pay a $450/month add-on per additional location, because the work genuinely scales with locations.
